Refund policy
We want every gift to land well. If it doesn't, you have 30 days from delivery to ask for a return.
Holiday returns: anything delivered between November 1 and December 24 can be returned until January 31.
How to return
- Email irvineagius5@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We reply within 1 business day with a US return address and instructions.
- Send the item back unused, in its original packaging.
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving. Return shipping is paid by you unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or wrong.
Damaged, faulty or wrong item? Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or a full refund. You will not need to send it back.
Not returnable: gift cards, and personal-care items that have been opened, such as eye masks, for hygiene reasons.
