Shipping policy

Where we ship: the United States (all 50 states). We don't ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses or US territories at the moment.

Cost: free tracked shipping on every order.

Timing

• Orders are processed in 1–3 business days.
• Delivery takes 5–8 business days after dispatch.
• Our products ship from warehouses in the United States.

Tracking: you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Holiday cut-off: to arrive by December 24, order by December 12. After that date we suggest a digital gift card, which arrives instantly.

Lost or late parcels: if your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, email support@knotandease.com and we'll chase it. If the parcel is lost, we resend it or refund it.
